You should do cardio, lift weights, and do ab workouts, but eat the calories that you burn off in healthy calories. Say you burn off 400 calories in your workout and you usually eat 2,000 calories a day without working out. So that day you have to eat 2,400 calories.

it depends on what you’re doing, do you want to elaborate?
Do about 45 minutes to an hour of cardio each day. Try to lift something heavy to gain muscle, and most importantly eat healthy, small portions. Drink green tea and smile :) Weight loss shouldn’t be a drag. I’m not sure you’ll lose a whole 3-5kg because to me that’s about 8 pounds. 8 pounds is alot of weight to lose in 2 weeks.
you can definitely lose 15 pounds in 2 months the healthy way! and whether or not you take them back afterwards is your choice. just remember not to restrict yourself too much of you’ll end up binging on the foods that you cut out. Also, try working out more often. If you get some workouts into your daily routine then you’re more likely to stay fit for a long time.
thank you and sure thing :)
- No one ever: Wow. That workout made me so sad. I seriously regret doing it.
